Thank you for your comment. We do try to tailor the products we offer to our customer to be the most suitable, if anything we do introduce each product we offer so you have been made aware. We are ITC compliant and it is a requirement that you are offered certain products and you will have had to sign to say you've been offered Retail Price Protection/Guaranteed Asset Protection as an example. We certainly do not want to seem like we're pushing additional items on our cars, ultimately the choice is yours.
