The Identification verification was stressful. It took too many attempts to get it verified. Had to use my passport despite the option of using other ID cards.

We are sorry to hear that you faced some issues during your ID Verification process. The process is run through an external ID verification process by an external provider. The requirements are quite strict, such as face positioning, appropriate lighting, and a clearly readable document. Our support team recommends using a mobile device for this part. Unfortunately, Mintra Support has no control over the approval or rejection process, this all sits with the external provider. Please do not hesitate to contact support@mintra.com at any point if you face any other issues.
