Repairs; The bottom middle front page of the web site just above "Mastercard" has all the details for returns and repairs. Bare wire / cig lighter adaptor If you would prefer the bare wire we could swop it over for you, just ask. The standard pkg contains the cig lighter which presumably is what most people want. It was explained there was a delay from the manufacturer and the goods would be sent as soon as they were received. After a short delay the customer decided to cancel the order but when it was explained that no one else had the product he decided not to cancel but to wait until they became available. They were dispatched the day we received them. (It turns out the person who had the authority to sign the clearance paperwork for the goods had died so the company could not release the product.)
