Great service
Courteous and careful service removing a gigantic American-style fridge/freezer and installing a much smaller, practical fridge/freezer. Thank you Marks Electrical!

The service was rubbish never received such service in my life. Very rude drivers not ready to help. Refuses to take fridge upstairs very lazy drivers and got no human feeling even does I was begging...

Dear Patrisia, Thank you for your review and I am sorry there was an issue with delivery of your American Fridge Freezer. As this is a large and heavy item, as per our delivery guide and Terms and Conditions, delivery of Range Cookers and American Fridge Freezers is to ground floor only due to the size and weight of the item for Health and Safety reasons.
