Looks and feels good, but shirt received was damaged and quality not of a standard hoped. Shirts quickly showed signs of wear. Replacement shirt offered, though never received.

We have just looked back through our customer service records and can see that your replacement was not shipped out as promised. We have sent you an email with offer to ship out the replacement now, or process a refund since significant time has passed.

Very efficient shopping experience, ordered and delivered with in a few days. Beautifully packed, to the extent that I haven't unpacked to ascertain sizing but quality looks good.

Hi Adrian,
We're really sorry about the delay with your order. We can see that it was successfully delivered on 8th December but this was outside our promised delivery window. The carrier was extremely busy with the Black Friday rush and there were delays at your local depot. We have refunded your delivery charge as an apology for this delay.
