Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the product didn't meet your expectations. As clearly noted in the product description, gabion stone is a natural material and will include smaller pieces and dust. Due to the nature and size of the stone, it isn't feasible to run it through a wash plant as we would with smaller gravels. The variation in size is essential to help ensure both the structural integrity and visual appeal of the finished wall.

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear your order arrived on time and met your expectations. It's also great to know our driver was able to assist with placing the bag where you needed it. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to serve you again soon!
