We are sorry to read that the air conditioning units at some of the accommodations were not functioning properly and we will ensure with the hotels in question that the condition of their facilities is not a concern for our future departures. As well, we want our guests to have the most comfortable travelling experiences and so we regret to learn that you felt your last day was too hurried.
