Luxury Gold Değerlendirmeler

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is great to read that you enjoyed your journey through the Canadian Rockies and the opportunity to experience the spectacular mountain scenery, glaciers, waterfalls and turquoise lakes. We are pleased that the visits to Jasper, Lake Louise and Banff were highlights of your trip. We are sorry to read that some of the buffet meals did not meet your expectations, particularly where food was served cold or lacked flavour. We understand how disappointing this can be and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your comments will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration as we continue to review the quality of our included dining experiences. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. It is great to read that the door-to-door transportation, coach service and baggage handling helped make your journey feel easy and stress free. We are also pleased to read that the Coach Driver was helpful and that these services contributed positively to your overall experience. We are particularly pleased to read your high praise for the Travel Concierge. Her knowledge of the country and culture, entertaining commentary and genuine care for the group clearly made a lasting impression. It is encouraging to know that she was attentive to your needs and helped create such a memorable experience. We are also pleased to read that you enjoyed the selection of venues and found the Local Specialists both knowledgeable and engaging. Your comments about the multiple night stays are especially appreciated, and we are glad that this helped create a more comfortable and enjoyable pace throughout the journey. Thank you for choosing to travel with us and for sharing your experience. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you very much for such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that your Travel Concierges and Coach Driver made such a positive impression throughout, and that the overall experience was one you would readily repeat. We note your comments regarding the level of service and interpersonal approach at some of the accommodation venues, particularly given their rating, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your suggestion regarding smaller-scale, family-oriented travel packages focused on a single city at a time is an interesting one, and we will certainly take this on board as we consider ways to develop our offerings. We also note that two days in Edinburgh felt insufficient, particularly during peak season, and this is helpful to know for future itinerary planning. Thank you once again for sharing such considered feedback from your first group travel experience, and we hope to welcome you back for a longer stay in Edinburgh in future.

Thank you for this considered feedback on your Luxury Gold experience; we are pleased that the standard of service met with such approval throughout, from the spaciousness of the coach and the seamless handling of luggage to the quality of the lodging, food, and Optional Excursions, and it is particularly encouraging to note that your Travel Concierge's historical knowledge and storytelling made such a strong impression, reflecting the calibre of guiding we aim to provide. Your suggestion regarding additional time in Edinburgh is well noted, and we agree that the city's history and character merit further exploration; this will be considered as part of our ongoing review of the itinerary. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us.
