On time.
The service we received was top class. The furniture was delivered on the day requested with no problem & the delivery people were very friendly and helpful.

A great outcome.
Your staff member was very helpful and took a great deal of time, over two visits, to explain all the features of the sofa bed. We also borrowed the pattern swatch book overnight.

Great customer service with knowledge and information about all the products. Went above and beyond as we wanted something that was not in the showroom for us to look at.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful. The chair I liked was sold but the staff in the Rainham shop phoned to check if another in my chosen colour was available. I was able to order it immediately.
