We don't usually send out seating plans as due to the nature of our business, vehicle allocation can change at short notice. However if you were sent a seating plan at your request you should have been made aware that it could not be guaranteed. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope that this has not deterred you from travelling with us in the future. Thanks.
