Lovesilver Değerlendirmeler

Hello and thank you for leaving your review. We do show the pendant size/mm on the product page so that all our customers can make an informed decision before purchasing. As per our t&c's it does state that initials are made to order in our UK workshop, people do tend to think that we have all letters in all styles in stock, however, unfortunately we don't, hence not being able to accept your request. With kind regards, Emma, Customer Services

Dear AnnThank you for your reply. We understand on-line ordering does not enable you to see the product, however a full product description is shown on the product page so that our customers can make an informed decision. The description below is from https://www.lovesilver.com/sterling-silver-bookman-initial.html which is the item you ordered and received.Dimensions: approximately 17mm high (depending on chosen letter)Weight: approx 1 gram (depending on chosen letter)As per our Terms & Conditions and also on our FAQ page https://www.lovesilver.com/delivery-returns Personalised items and custom made to order items are non returnable. Please see below:Some of our non personalised items are custom made to order including some pendants (please contact us before purchase if you are unsure of elibility for return), all initials/pendants with initials ) .... , We do advise that initials are made to order. People do think that we keep these in stock, but these are in fact produced as and when an order has been placed. As a manufacturing company it is not viable for us to keep all the letters of the alphabet and, in all styles in stock, as this is not financially viable for us as a company.Regarding the chain, we are more than happy to send a replacement out to you (without receiving it back for an inspection), please contact us through info@lovesilver.com if you wish us to dispatch one to you. With kind regardsEmmaCustomer Services
