I love to read about books I might not see at my local bookstore. It leads me to expand my reading. My only complaint is that it’s hard to read it all before the next one comes.
A wide source of entertainment, knowledge and comment on current issues and literature. A good steer for what would be good to read that expresses my taste in good literatue.
I enjoy the eclectic range of topics in the LRB. I recently switched to a digital only subscription because I found the online articles were what I read and, living abroad, it could be weeks before...

I don't like when culture and books are mixed with politics, gender/identity wars, etc.
It's a pity because so far I have enjoyed most of it but those 'activists' article are cringe inducing.
