Wet, stinking and mouldy!

Deliver the goods you ordered and paid for. I ordered on the 7th of the month th and had not received my order by the 1st of the following month

Older customer impressed.
Ordering was quick and easy. I was particularly impressed by the request of the driver to carry the bag to our shed, it made such a differance to an older customer.

Long delivery and delay. Understandable due to time of year and high demand
Had 1 email to say delivery was delayed. Waited and waited, eventually got through to customer services, not very helpful didn’t fill me with confidence, felt like I might be dealing with a fake...

Good afternoon, I apologize for the delay in delivery as said we had a large influx in orders which added delays to delivery. Majority of our depots are now caught up so deliveries will be back more to our usual time frame. Unfortunately our system has been down for a couple weeks in which we send customers texts and emails about delivery dates to let them know when deliveries are coming so we haven't been able to notify customers. I apologize for any inconvenienced caused and have logged as a complaint for you. Thanks, Service Delivery Team

Delayed delivery
A ridiculously long time for it to be delivered. Had to email and then ring twice to ask what happened to my order and just kept getting told the order was delayed. After I made my second phone call...

Apologises for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused, Due to high demand on fuel because of the energy crisis this has caused the delays to happen, Once a delivery date was given you should have had an email the day before given from you to let you know and also regular updates via email/text also.

Fine for customer service
Reasonable price and well packaged in strong bags ideal for storage. Delivery was longer than stated initially. Website was easy to use.

Professional company, good service, excellent products
Ordering very easy. I’ve used the product before so knew what I wanted. Delivered on a big truck but gentleman driver very helpful in unloading & leaving at my house.
