Since loans to go has gone fully online and and the staff come out to homes on the same day it is more convenient and process and very polite staff.

Good lender harrasment quick

Staff communication can be rude and If a payment is due at 8 if it doesn't Go out your back k bang on 8 you will receive loads of calls voicemails and texted by 8.03

Sorry to hear you are not happy with us calling you so quickly due to a payment problem. Generally, we call as soon as we can regarding a failed payment payment to make sure that everything is fine and process the payment manually instead.
