Good service, still needs a little work on providing installation instructions. Online listing should be clearer about the fact that it works with a separate bidet and depict the insert more clearly.
Ordering my left seat was easy. Had no problems with the online order. The company called me several times just to confirm I was getting what I wanted. Great communication.
