Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback, following on from your recent hire with us.
I have taken a look into your booking and the delivery agreement report. I can see that there are pre-existing damages to the vehicle, which I would expect to be highlighted to you by the delivery driver prior to the handover of the vehicle, to ensure that you are still happy to accept. The purpose of this is to ensure that you are fully informed of the vehicle's condition before accepting this, and it is all documented within your rental agreement at the commencement of the hire.
I am sorry if you felt that this process was to demonstrate the way in which the vehicle would be inspected at the end of your hire period, that would not be our intention! I can also see that no invoices, apart from the one for the reduced excess option, were raised at the end of the hire and no new damages were raised at the end of the hire period.
