My order was shipped promptly and received in good condition even though it was shipped across the country. It is my second order from them and both times it has been great.

After purchase and delivery I had questions about the ladder and called customer service, they told me I had to send an email to support and include pictures. I have done that and have not heard back...

This is resolved but took them a week to get back to me. In addition to that the ladder floats what a PIA we had to google solutions and came up with pvc filled with concrete and zip tying it on the inside of wall steps. This worked perfect make sure you use 2 inch or 2 1/2 round PVC
