Thank you for your feedback and I’m really sorry you did not have the fabulous experience we, and you, would have wanted. If you spotted any potential maintenance problems or were disappointed with the standards of cleanliness and equipment during your cruise, I would have hoped you were happy with the way in which we responded at the time.
