Ethel, thank you for leaving us feedback. Sorry that you consider our credit card transaction fee to be excessive, it is something that we have tried to minimise by only applying to credit card payments and we look at continuously to make sure we are providing the fairest deal for our customers. I have provided a breakdown of card payments via email which hopefully helps. Liam
