Sorry you have found our current renewal process excessive, we currently utilise all methods of contact to ensure that all clients are fully aware that the policy is due for renewal well in advance of the actual renewal date to allow for any changes to circumstances which may affect the policy. At renewal next year, please do not hesitate to contact us and request the reminders to be suspended so this is not an inconvenience for you. Liam
