Sorry you have felt that the renewal process is intrusive - we always try to ensure that every customer is contacted before renewal to avoid unwanted lapses in cover which many customers do believe is a value added service. Thank you for your feedback. We do have the facility online to include bespoke job titles by selecting 'other' in the occupation field - sorry this was not obvious during the purchasing process.
