Thank you for your feedback. We send out our Refer a Friend vouchers based on the information that the policy holder gives us at the time they make their purchase. As we're sure you'll appreciate, we're unable to discuss the specifics of other customer's policies with anyone other than the policy holder themselves. If you could get Mr. Billings and Mr. Jones to make contact with us, we can clarify the method of referral with them, or whether they already had existing policies with us before you referred them.
