please rest assured we have been working on the problem of the expensive delivery back to the UK for any issues that may unfortunately arise.
As mentioned in previous contact with yourself we have been putting new processes in place for a Technician in America to receive your unit. We have also shipped a replacement unit to you to apologise for the wait you have experienced whilst we finalise our procedures for America and have sent the relevant address details to you.
