I am very sorry that your order has not been delivered. This is with a third party courier company , we have passed your telephone number onto them and they deliver up until 6pm

During our own brand update we have accepted some alternative lines which should be on a par with our own brand product. Our branding exercise is nearing completion and our new own brand will be available again very shortly’
