My last 2 orders have taken far too long to despatch - only after 7 days and 2 phone calls . John Smedley don't seem to understand what service internet customers expect - I would expect despatch...

Thank you for taking the time to give us your comments regarding our delivery times. I am sorry you are not totally satisfied with our service. We always aim to exceed our customer's expectations, however, during busy sale periods customers may experience a small delay in the despatch of their orders.
