This item was only assembled today (24/7/12) as its a present for my wife's birthday next Sunday so as yet unused. On assembly found to have the wrong instructions enclosed (for 2 seater sofa)....

Thank you for your feedback which is most appreciated. We note the comments about the assembly instructions and will raise this with the factory to ensure that the correct instructions are placed in the box at the time of packing - our apologies if any confusion was caused. With regards to the thickness of the cushions, we have actually made them less dense for 2012 as customers have regarded them as being too firm in previous years. We are constantly working hard to make these more comfortable and will bear your comments in mind.
