JM service is improving again, although not back to where it was a year or so again. I'm not sure the fault is with JM though, it seems that Royal Mail stockpile my parcels and deliver them in bulk!

JM have improved on their delivery times again, which is great, although there have been one or two issues, these have easily been sorted out with a quick phone call.

Disappointed

I placed my order on 2nd of December as it was a Christmas gift, it got lost in transit and a replacement was not sent out until the 13th January. Very disappointed with the customer service.
