Our third party warehouse had an issue with FedEx early January for shipments to USA. The warehouse packed and picked your order on 9th January, the day of your order, however your order didn’t get accepted by them as the required information by FedEx had changed.
Your order was then over looked and was human error. We will get your order sent today via DHL which will take two days.
Sincere apologies for the oversight.
