Speedy delivery all items correctly included
Arrived within 5 working days. All items ordered arrived although in separate deliveries. Slight damage to one item due to limited cushioning in the packaging. But not significant.

Delivery Driver 5 star. Reply to my online message received on 23/02/21 from Rhianna Butt appalling .She was sarcastic and no help at all, I nearly went elsewhere for pipework.

Great products and service
Ordered online, the pipework and fittings arrived two days later. All unloaded by Simon the delivery driver. Great service and really friendly people. Will definitely be using them again.

Great customer service
Great customer service. An item arrived damaged by the courier. We called JDP and they brought a replacement item out the following day on their own van.
Great service and highly recommend them!

will not be using again in a hurry
as long as you dont want any thing returned i guess there ok, i wanted to return 2 items which were around £50 for the next size up and there was £6 diffrence but would have cost me £76 to swap them...
