While we have not received a response back from Nolitours and the resort I do see it may take up to 8 weeks for us to receive one. We do apologize for the length in time this takes. Hello, Thank you for your feedback. While the Superior Room is the most affordable room type offered by the property, the room you would be staying at on your vacation is assigned only at check in. The specific view of the rooms is provided by Sunwing and is only described to us as either Island view or Ocean view.
