I am sorry to hear about your experience. We offered our customers the option to request a credit or a partial refund on their policies, if their trip was impacted by Covid-19. I was eligible for seniors travel insurance but didn’t find that until I paid the full wack . We had a coupon too and that didn’t activate either 😂😂😂
A bit deceptive, I thought I was buying an innovative product that was cheaper but it ended up being the same and quite expensive.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. If you are not happy with the product, there is a 14 days cooling of period to cancel the policy and receive a refund. You can also submit a formal complaint by emailing complaints@insureandgo.com.au.
