Trying to pay is a nightmare. The button 'Complete and Pay just sends you back to the top. It should say that you need to save the quote and work from the email. This is extremely poor!

very easy to get a quote straight forward had to answer about a medical condition , no problems there , the area of cover eg worldwide exc usa and canada is a bit strange we always go to south east...
