Scam company
This is not an insurance company. They conned me into cancelling my holiday when I had covid and then refused to pay me my valid claim money. Steer well clear!

Yes, received this email and had no resolution and the case is with the ombudsman. Avoid this company if you might ever need to actually make an honest insurance claim
