I found it easy enough to find area where I wanted a hotel. The description and prices are clear.
I especially like the rewards system- including the saving money due to your status on the website.

Fantastic service
Absolutely amazing service. I had to make a change to a reservation as my partner was ill.and they were incredibly helpful. I would recommend Hotels.com to anyone.
