We are sorry to hear this but unsure about why you feel we can be held responsible for the flight since we do not operate them. Additionally, whether the comment about customer service is directed to Holiday Gems or the flight provider and for what reason. But if you wish to raise any issues formally, you can do so via our normal channels and process for that.

Miss Maille the transfer service booked requires that you follow instructions to obtain your pick up details but we are sorry if you encountered any difficulty with the provider as the booking was made by us and there should have been no issue with them not having record of it. The service for you is then scheduled locally to ensure you meet your flight timing and since we did not book the flights for you, we have no control over this affecting your meal arrangements and the time you needed to be collected to ensure there was no issue.

We are sorry to hear of your experience but it is factually incorrect - we do have a 24 hour helpline as this is a requirement of all tour operators but we sympathise if you overlooked this in our paperwork and booking terms on the website. In relation to the hotel reservation, it was made in good faith by both ourselves and the supplier and the hotel accepted they had an internal issue in relation to not receiving it which is beyond our or the supplier control. The transfer type you selected was shuttle and these run to local scheduling in order to accommodate other passengers but we regret it was not to your personal expectation.

The attitude in your response is the perfect representation of the company you work for. No one answered the phone until 9am and as you've said in your response, nothing is your fault even when it costs your customers time and money and causes emotional distress. Thank you for confirming my review, and hopefully others see the sort of business this is.

Very bad experience.
The service from Holidaygem is not questionable however the advertisement on their website and the actual accommodation and services provided has vast difference.

Mr Patel we are sorry to hear this but you do not appear to have made your complaint known to us via the correct channels to allow us opportunity to look into matters and try to assist you. We would suggest that if you are unhappy, this process is followed.

I did speak to the rep at the hotel and even he wasn’t helpful and he asked to contact agent in Uk and nobody was willing to give the direct contact of the agent. He told me that come in the afternoon but it’s out of my control and left me there wondering what to do.
Funny enough it wasn’t only me who wasn’t happy with this resort and the staff therefore the rep was even frustrated and panicked with the situation.
The services were not on offer what was advertised on the website and I would recommend that at least don’t misguide customers with the information which they are not even opening so customers can make a better choice.
We ruined our holiday by making this choice and trusting what was offered on website.
