Stringent and inflexible with cancellations
I tried to immediately cancel my holiday before it had been confirmed, however Holiday Gems was quick to claim they wouldn’t refund me as cancellation of my booking would be as per the standard...

Given incorrect check in code for outbound flights and absolutely no help over the telephone & was only sorted the day before the flight.
