This is simply not true! You continue to advertise the same hotel for the same dates but at a higher price!! You had confirmed my booking after increasing the advertised price (which we paid and accepted!). The hotel was still advertised by you that we booked for the same dates. To say the hotel was closed is a blatant lie!!

Booked on line and then had a phone call to confirm and finish off booking. I spoke to Stuart who was excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. If the holiday is as good as the booking process I...
