Complaints take too long. 6 months and still nothing
I have made a complaint in regards to mice infestation in the accommodation and vomiting and diarrhoea. I made the complaint from October and then in December. Nothing has been decided as yet. Reply...

Price was the cheapest I could find. Despite some initial problems with the name Holiday Gems did as much as they could for me. Would recommend and use again.
