We really do appreciate your choice of Hiscox for your Business Insurance cover, and I am disappointed to hear that you have experienced issues in taking out your cover. I have discussed your feedback with the Operations manager to understand what caused your poor customer experience. Firstly I apologise for the confusion over our timescales for sending out policy documents. We do understand how important these documents are to secure business contracts. Receipt of these can take minutes or a few hours depending internet delivery times. Secondly I am sorry if it appeared that we had hung up on you.
