Many thanks for your feedback and for the opportunity to discuss what went wrong with our service. We attempted to contact you on a number of occasions and were unable to maintain continuity of staff members who were calling. This approach meant that we were inconsistent in our message. We should have maintained continuity and we apologise. Further to this, we did not call back when we said we would. That was due to unexpected absence and we are looking into our handover procedures between staff, to ensure that our promises to you are kept.
