Straight forward to purchase this insurance
Very easy website, so it was straightforward to buy the insurance I wanted. The information was clear and well presented, so I was able to complete my purchase on my first visit.

As advertised
I had to phone as there was a problem paying online. Eventually (my 4th attempt and 40 minutes later) a very helpful Simon answered. He sorted out my problem and made sure my paperwork was emailed...
