Tired and outdated cottage.
Provide decent standard of accommodation. Read customer's complaints and respond in full. Disappointing experience made worse by poor response to complaint.

This booking has become a complete disaster and the tale continues. We have been treated terribly. Sykes are defending the indefensible.

I have been plagued for a review for a company I did not book with.
I can’t review Helpful Holidays as I didn’t book with them.
Helpful Holidays is based in the West Country, with 600 high quality, inspected, self-catering holiday homes across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. They range from coastal cottages to country houses and many accept pets.
