Happy customer!
Great service provided by Klara (Kartell concession). Replacement footpads for our ghost chairs were ordered and arrived within a couple of weeks and without charge.

Attentive and efficient staff. My in store purchase was delivered exactly as requested. Couldn't fault the service. If only all stores were this efficient.
