The tour guide Elise was horrible. She held up 70 passengers that all offered to pay an outstanding balance for one person. Very dumb. Money should have been collected up front. Dumb, dumb, dumb. ...

Excellent service overall. Our bus driver and boat crew were all top notch - informative, friendly and on time. The Everglades tour and bay cruise were lots of fun. I learned a lot on both.
