Thank you for your feedback, it is regrettable that you found your confirmation instructions confusing. The Hotel where you were staying is on a pedestrian street and our shuttles are not a allowed to enter - the city of Reykjavik has allocated tour bus stops within walking distance, yours just around one corner as indicated in your booking. The Flybus would use the same method of collecting passengers from the city center, glad they were able to accommodate you

Transport from Keflavik-hotel. Then a return

The transfers were on time and reliable. The only thing to fault is the transfers aren’t direct, you get a coach to a random place then have to get off and wait for other busses to pick you up. Never...

Thank you for your feedback - regrettably due to the recent severe weather conditions our schedule has been a challenge as many many customers decide to depart earlier if the airport road should become congested or even close in the last few days.
