As we have explained in the email we sent you, the location of our Terminal is mentioned on the webpage you booked the ticket from as well in the confirmation email you received when booking was confirmed and also in the voucher. We make sure that our customers have all the information needed in order to locate the terminal ( Reykjavik Terminal - Skógarhlíð 10 same location as Bus Hostel) before and after booking is completed. We regret to see that you went to a different terminal but as seats were reserved according to the booking made we cannot refund you for this purchase.
