Poor delivery service as I paid more than normal for postage and expected parcel to arrive within two days at max and received it 5 days later

I'm sorry that the rod you ordered on Thursday 18/09/14 wasn't delivered until Monday 22/09/14. We used Parcelforce's Express service on this occasion due to the length of the parcel and the parcel was collected from our shop on Friday 19/09/14 at 10.44. I have copied and pasted the Parcelforce tracking details below. Date TimeLocation Tracking event 19/9/2014 10:44Inverness Depot Collected from customer 19/9/2014 15:23Inverness Depot Forwarded to delivery depot 19/9/2014 20:55Perth Depot Received at delivery depot 22/9/2014 9:28Perth Depot Loaded to vehicle for livery 22/9/2014 9:47Perth Depot Departed from delivery depot 22/9/2014 16:50Perth Depot Delivered I trust that these details are correct and I'm sorry that Parcelforce didn't deliver the parcel sooner for you but as we pay for next business day delivery and Saturday and Sunday are not business days, they did technically comply with these terms.
