Hi there, Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear you are still waiting for your hood. As we custom make hoods for each customer, hoods take 3-4 weeks to produce, this time is especially needed during the graduation season. It should say on the order email that there is a processing time for custom products. Let us look into this order and make sure you will get it on time.
