Thank you for your reply. However it has taken a post on here for you to reply to me. I replied to the sarcastic e-mail from your technical manager asking what dimensions he needed and he didn't deem it worth his time to clarify. As I said, stop advertising technical advice for bespoke designs if your staff gatekeep them.
