I have never left a review like this before but based on the assistance I received via the call centre I feel obliged. These guys are fab, I fly often and will use Globehunters from now on.

OK but...
Booking worked but booked online on a Friday evening and did not receive a confirmatory email until late Monday evening.

Hi!
We are sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience with Globehunters and we regret any inconveniences this issue might have brought to you. This is certainly not the level of customer service that we expect for our customers.
We do always aim to send e-tickets and receipts within 24-48 hours. As for your case, we only received the funds late on a Friday and processing your tickets had to be done during office hours the following day.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We continually enhance our systems and we hope to improve our track record for instant ticket confirmations and delivery.
Kind regards, Your Globehunters team
